Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities by creating and executing email marketing campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies to support business development efforts.
- Build, segment, and maintain email lists to ensure optimal engagement and deliverability.
- Craft compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, tailored to various stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create email campaigns that align with lead generation and business growth objectives.
- Monitor email marketing performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- A/B test email elements such as content, design, and timing to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and refine email marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on business development or lead generation.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
