Galaxy Agency helps brands across the US/UK/EU scale profitably on Amazon through advertising, content optimization, and full-service account management. We are looking for a Creative Designer who can deliver high-quality visual assets that drive conversion on Amazon.
1. Job Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Images
- Design high-converting product images (6–8 per listing), including lifestyle, infographics, feature highlights, and comparison shots.
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, clear typography, and consistent branding.
A+ Content & Brand Story
- Design Standard and Premium A+ content based on brand guidelines.
- Create clean, easy-to-read modules that improve conversion rates.
Storefront Design
- Support layout planning, wireframes, and visual design for Amazon Brand Stores.
- Ensure consistency across all pages and assets.
Marketing Assets (when needed)
- Thumbnail designs for Sponsored Brand Video.
- Basic social visuals (banners, thumbnails).
Workflow & Collaboration
- Receive briefs from the account team and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Deliver work on time and maintain proper file organization.
- Iterate based on team or client feedback.
2. Requirements
- Strong skills in Photoshop (required). Illustrator or Figma is a plus.
- Good eye for layout, color, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to self-review and maintain accuracy before delivery.
- Portfolio demonstrating product images, infographics, or eCommerce designs.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce/Amazon design is a plus (not mandatory).
- Responsible, proactive, and communicates clearly.
3. Compensation & Growth
Salary Range + Performance Bonus, based on:
- Quality of deliverables

Growth Path:
- Skill review every 6 months
- Opportunity to grow into Senior Creative Designer and lead design for multiple brands
